ARRESTS

1) DUI Arrest, 6:15 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017, 800 block Olde Hickory Road (MT) – Kimberly M. Woolford, F/54, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash. Woolford exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.191. A criminal complaint was filed.

2) Aggravated Assault Arrest, 3:14 a.m., Sunday, December 3, 2017, West Roseville Road (MT) – Steven Rivera-Guzman, M/24, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at his residence. During the altercation, Rivera-Guzman struck another person in the head with a 36” crowbar causing serious bodily injury. He was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

3) Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 6:40 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017, Wythe Circle (MT) – Paul M. Brown, M/51, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after officers discovered 5.29g of marijuana inside his residence. A criminal complaint was filed.

4) Theft By Deception / Retail Theft Arrest, 8:08 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2017, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Ciara N. Connolly, F/25, of New Holland, PA, was charged with the above offenses after a shoplifting incident at the store. Connolly took merchandise from the shelf, “returned” it at the customer service counter, and obtained store credit for the return. Connolly then used the credit to purchase items in the store. She also failed to scan (pay for) several items when she checked out of the store. A criminal complaint was filed.

5) DUI Arrest, 1:41 a.m., Saturday, December 2, 2017, 1000 block Harrisburg Pike (MT) – Jean Elder Joseph, M/40, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop. Joseph exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested. He refused chemical testing. A criminal complaint was filed.


CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1) Theft, December 2-3, 2017, 1500 block Zarker Road (MT) – Unknown person/s stole mail set out by a resident for the postal service. Total loss: $0.25.

2) Vehicle Theft, 6:30 a.m. – 10:25 p.m., Sunday, December 3, 2017, 650 Juliette Avenue – Lancaster Catholic High School (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV as it sat parked at the school. The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were left inside of it. Total loss: $2,400.00.

3) Theft, November 20 – December 2, 2017, Roselle Avenue (LT) – Unknown actor/s stole eight (8) wing nuts from scaffolding from a residence. Total loss: $8.00.

4) Theft From Motor Vehicle, December 2-3, 2017, 1300 block Penrose Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle as it sat parked overnight. Two (2) cell phones were stolen. Total loss: $100.00.

5) Theft From Motor Vehicle, May 1-31, 2017, 700 block Bean Hill Road (LT) – A black M1 style carbine and ammunition was stolen from the trunk of a vehicle as it sat parked in the driveway. The weapon was later sold. Total loss: $400.00. Investigation continues.

6) Theft From Motor Vehicle, December 2-3, 2017, 100 block Roselawn Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle as it sat parked overnight. Keys, loose change, and a cell phone charger were stolen. Total loss: $65.00.
