ARRESTS

1) Harassment Arrests, 3:58 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017, Second Lock Road (LT) – Ferdinand Gonzalez-Roman, M/26, and Michael D. Barron, M/21, both of Lancaster, PA, were both charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Gonzalez-Roman bit Barron and Barron struck Gonzalez-Roman in the head. Two citations were filed.

2) Harassment Arrests, 3:42 p.m., Sunday, December 3, 2017, 1400 block Passey Lane (LT) – Jeffrey Segarra-Maldonado, M/30, and Jessica Velazquez-Torres, F/34, both of Lancaster, PA, were both charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Segarra-Maldonado shoved Valezquez-Torres and Valezquez-Torres grabbed Segarra-Maldonado. Two citations were filed.

3) Indirect Criminal Contempt (Protection From Abuse Order) Arrest, 9:50 a.m., Sunday, December 3, 2017, 400 block Candlewyck Road (MT) – Louis I. Malave, M/31, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he returned to the property of a protected person in violation of a court order. A criminal complaint was filed and a warrant for his arrest obtained. He remains a wanted person at this time. 4) Retail Theft Arrests, 2:01 p.m., Tuesday, December 5, 2017, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Destiny Burgos, F/18, and Infinity Love Rivera, F/19, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with Retail Theft after they were observed stealing $205.74 worth of merchandise from the store. They were taken to Central Arraignment.

5) Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 3:06 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017, Edgemoor Court at Helen Avenue (MT) – Malike Quemar Greer, M/20, of Leola, PA, was charged with the above offense after he screamed at another person during a “road rage” incident. A citation was filed.

6) Theft By Deception Arrest, 5:07 p.m., Saturday, October 7, 2017, 1360 Columbia Avenue – Giant Food Store (LT) – Visan Angel, M/24, and Ioan Sava, both of the Ukraine, were involved in a Theft By Deception incident at the grocery store. Both Angel and Sava entered the store to perform “quick change scams.” Angel handed the clerk seven (7) $100.00 bills and requests change in $20.00 bills. After the clerk returned thirty-five (35) $20.00 bills, Angel concealed fifteen (15) of them and reported that he changed his mind. Angel then returned the smaller amount of $20.00 bills and obtained the original stack of $100.00 bills. Sava attempted to do the same with another clerk but was unsuccessful. Angel was charged with Theft By Deception via a filed criminal complaint. Sava was charged with Criminal Attempt at Theft By Deception via a filed criminal complaint.

7) Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 5, 2017, 600 block Delp Road (MT) – Alfonso Z. Penn, Jr., M/64, of Harrisburg, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was seen urinating in the parking lot of a business, which was open at the time. A citation was filed.

8) Retail Theft Arrest, 1:12 p.m., Monday, December 4, 2017, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – Richard Jones, M/64, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $42.07 worth of merchandise from the store. A citation was issued.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1) Theft, 9:50-11:00 a.m., Monday, December 4, 2017, Meadow Lane (MT) – Unknown person/s stole medication from a residence. Unknown loss.

2) Theft, November 21-22, 2017, Dylan Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a package delivered to a residence by UPS. Total loss: $529.95.

3) Theft, December 4-5, 2017, 200 block Atkins Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s broke into a storage shed and attempted to steal lawn equipment. The equipment was left behind but the lock securing the property was stolen. Total loss: $10.00.

4) Criminal Mischief, 7:25 p.m., Monday, December 4, 2017, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s threw a chunk of concrete and a rock at a glass sliding door, smashing it. Total loss: $200.00.
