1) Criminal Mischief- July 1-2, 2012- 822 N. President Ave – Albert Darrenkamp of N. President Ave reported someone smashed two windows out of his 2005 Dodge Caravan which was parked on the street. Loss is approx. $400.00.

2) Criminal Mischief – June 30- July 2, 2012 – 1257 Manheim Pk (Car 2 Credit) – Two double pane windows 48” by 72” were shattered by what appeared to be a BB pellet. Loss approx $500

3) Criminal Mischief – June 29-July 2, 2012 – 5995 Lemon St East Petersburg (Comprehensive Companies) – Storm door appeared to have been struck by BB pellets. Loss approx $200.00.

4) Simple Assault- 0535hrs July 2, 0212 1138 Jamaica Rd. (LT) – William Allen Hillegas was involved in a domestic disturbance. The victim, Kathleen Toomey-Hoffman, stated that Hillegas punched her in the face. Another victim, Michael Fantahun of Elizabethtown, Pa tried to intervene and was pushed down and choked by Hillegas. Hillegas then pulled a semi-automatic handgun from his waist and pointed it at Hoffman while making threatening comments. He also pointed the gun at Fantahun. Hillegas left the scene in a vehicle before police arrived but was located by LCPD at the Turkey Hill store at Plum and Chestnut. Hillegas was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats and Recklessly Endangering. He was later arraigned before MDJ Mary Sponaugle and then tot LCP in lieu of $10,000 bail.

5) Theft- 1740hrs to 2100hrs June 27, 2012 – 20 Overlook Av – Seamus Donnelly reported he placed a large amount of soccer equipment in his yard and someone took it. Taken were 50 Adidas soccer balls, two Adidas soccer bags, approx 50 soccer cones and 50 soccer pinnies. Loss is approx. $1250.00.

6) Harassment- 1943hrs July 2, 2012- 1064 Louise Ave – Raymond Sutor of Abbey Lane Narvon, Pa was cited for harassment after he struck a co-worker in the face during a verbal dispute while doing roof work at the residence. The victim, Joshua Jasinski of Kenhorst, Pa was not injured.

7) Theft of Services – 1945hrs July 2, 2012 – 1117 Harrisburg Pk (Wendy’s) Thomas Ray Barker, 42yrs old of 1136 Main St Goodville, Pa was cited after he and an unk. female consumed $12.75 worth of food and left without paying. Barker was located on Marietta Pk near Race Ave. and was issued a citation and released. Barker claimed he only knew the female suspect as ”Amy” and did not know where she lived.

8) Theft from Vehicle – 0148hrs July 3, 2012 – 66 Camellia Ct (LT)- Matthew Trump reported his dog barking woke him up and when he looked outside he observed four male subjects in his 2009 Honda Accord which was parked on the street. Trump went outside to confront the subjects and they left the area and split up. Trump then called the police. Trump’s wallet was taken from the vehicle – Loss approx $125.00

**THEFT FROM VEHICLES is one of the most easily prevented crimes. Follow these steps!
(1). LOCK your car at all times and park in a well-lit parking lot.
(2). Take all valuables with you or place them in your trunk. It only takes a few seconds for a thief to smash your window and grab whatever is visible.
(3). Report any suspicious activity you see in your neighborhood or in parking lots to police.
