When the Lancaster Country Club was organized in 1900, its clubhouse, shown here, was on Juliette Avenue. A nine-hole course was laid out behind the building, about where the Catholic High football stadium is now. The building still stands across from Lancaster Catholic High School. In 1913, the club moved to the New Holland Pike.
