LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE TOWNSHIP OF MANHEIM, LANCASTER COUNTY, of the 2025 meeting schedule. Meetings shall be held on the following dates and times and at the following places during the year of 2025:
The BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS will hold all regular meetings on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6:00 p.m., except the Board will meet on Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, September 24. There will not be a meeting on December 22. Prior to each meeting the Board will hold an agenda meeting at 5:45 p.m. All regular meetings will be held at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The Board will hold workshop meetings, as needed, on the following dates: January 21, February 18, March 17, April 21, May 21, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17, and December 15.
Workshop meetings will constitute regular meetings for purposes of action which may be taken by the Board. A workshop meeting to review the 2026 budget will be held on Thursday, November 6 at 8:00 a.m. The Board of Commissioner workshop meetings will be held at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, except the May 21 meeting which will be held at the Public Library, 595 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The public is invited to attend and participate at all Board meetings.
The PLANNING COMMISSION will meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, except they will meet on Tuesday, September 2 and Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
The UNIFORM CONSTRUCTION CODE BOARD OF APPEALS will meet Thursday, January 16, 2025, and if necessary, the third Thursday of March, May, July, September, and November. All meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code Rules and Regulations.
The GENERAL MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY will meet on the third Friday of January, July, and October at 8:00 a.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. They will meet Friday, April 25 at 8:00 a.m.
The PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION BOARD will meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Public Library, 595 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, except they will meet on Wednesday, November 19 and Wednesday, December 17.
The CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION will meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays beginning in January, as necessary, at 4:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, except they will meet Wednesday, September 24, and they will not meet on the fourth Tuesday of December.
The COMPREHENSIVE PLAN COMMITTEE will meet the second Thursday of January, February, April, May, and June beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In March they will meet with the Board of Commissioners at the Commissioners workshop meeting.
The CONNECTIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE will meet bi-monthly beginning in January on the fourth Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, except they will meet on November 20.
The AGRICULTURE/FARM ADVISORY COMMITTEE will meet on the following Thursdays: January 2, April 3, July 3, and October 9 at 7:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The PICKLEBALL ADVISORY COMMITTEE will meet bi-monthly beginning in January, on the third Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Stauffer Mansion, 1241 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The RECREATIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE will meet on Tuesday, January 21, and the following Mondays: April 21, July 21, and October 20 at 1:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The SUSTAINABILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE will meet on the third Thursday of January, April, July, and October at 4:30 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
