LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Building, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania the Board will consider for enactment, and if appropriate take action to enact, proposed Ordinance 2025-10 the full title and text of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT TO VACATE AN APPROXIMATELY 22,218 SQUARE FOOT PORTION OF WEST ROSEVILLE ROAD (T-699) AND TO QUITCLAIM APPROXIMATELY 4,060 SQUARE FEET OF LAND TO WANNER REALTY COMPANY. The proposed ordinance approves the execution of an agreement with Wanner Realty Company, LP to vacate and abandon a portion of West Roseville Road in order to relinquish any right, title, interest, obligation, or duties the Township may have therein and also authorizes the execution of a quit claim deed releasing any interest which the Township may have in land adjoining West Roseville Road (T-699). A copy of the proposed ordinance may be examined or copied in the office of the Township Secretary at 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania on regular business days between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A copy of the Ordinance also may be examined without charge at the offices of this newspaper (LNP) and at the Lancaster County Law Library located at 50 N. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602.
