Notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to be held on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Building, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania the Board will consider for enactment proposed Ordinance 2025-18 the full title and text of which is as follows: ORDINANCE 2025 – 18 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS FOR DEDICATION TO MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA. BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, as follows: SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township hereby accepts the rights-of-way and dedication as public highways of the following sections of highways, and the deeds for said sections of highways shall be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania:

SECTION 2. This action is taken under the authority contained in Section 2020 of the First Class Township Code. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after enactment.
