LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Building, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania the Board will consider for enactment the following proposed Ordinances: Ordinance 2025-15, which is titled, AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MANHEIM, LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, TO AMEND THE SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF MANEHIM TOWNSHIP 1998, AS AMENDED, TO REVISE ARTICLE VIII WITH NEW SECTION 801. This ordinance amends the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance by incorporating the Manheim Township Construction and Material Specifications. Ordinance 2025-16, which is titled, AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MANHEIM, LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, TO AMEND THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE OF MANHEIM TOWNSHIP 2014, AS AMENDED, TO REVISE ARTICLE I WITH NEW SECTION 112 MANHEIM TOWNSHIP CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS MANUAL. This ordinance amends the Stormwater Management Ordinance by incorporating the Manheim Township Construction and Material Specifications. Ordinance 2025-17, which is titled, AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ADDITIONS TO CHAPTER 435 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS TO §435-1 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MANHEIM. This ordinance amends the Streets and Sidewalks provisions of the Township’s Codified Ordinances by incorporating the Manheim Township Construction and Material Specifications.
