The City of Lancaster Water Bureau has announced that a "How Can We Contact You" post cards (attached) were mailed to all water customers.
All water customers are asked to complete the cards and return them free of charge to the City Water Bureau. The response should indicate how you may be contacted (cell, land line, email, text, etc.) in the event of a drinking water emergency in your area.
The cards are postage paid and do not require a stamp.
Customers also have the option of entering their contact data via the City website and clicking on the South Central Alert button (Also see below).
The Water Bureau will only use the information to contact customers in the event of a drinking water emergency. Contact will be made using the South Central Alert emergency notification system .
