A current copy of the DRAFT Zoning Ordinance updated as of October 5, 2011 has been uploaded to the Township web site and is available for public review.
The DRAFT Zoning Ordinance is currently under review by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission will be discussing the zoning ordinance project and forming a formal recommendation on the ordnance at is meeting on October 19, 2011.
The Board of Commissioners has acknowledged the ordinance project and set a public hearing date for the DRAFT Zoning Ordinance of November 14, 2011. The this meeting, the Board of Commissioners will hear testimony and comments from the public on the new ordinance prior to taking formal action to adopt the new zoning provisions.
