[ARCHIVED] Facilities Program Manager . Recreation & Park Planning Dept.

Immediate opening for a full-time middle management level parks and recreation professional.  Under the general direction of the Recreation and Park Planning Director, the Facility Program Manager sets the vision, innovation and direction of the year-round Aquatic programming for the township.  The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Management or related field and at least five (5) years increasingly responsible supervisory experience in aquatic facility management and programming.  Employer will consider any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides evidence the applicant possesses the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.  A valid Pennsylvannia driver's license and Lifeguard certification are a must; candidates possessing LGI (Lifeguard Instructor Trainer) certification, WSI (Water Safety Instructor) certification, AFO (Aquatic Facility Operator) or CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred.  Salary:  $43,00-$53,000, depending on experience; Exceptional benefits!  E.E.O.
