The Boettcher House Museum Concert Series has not one, but two amazing bands this weekend! Join us this Saturday, August 28th, at 3:00 pm for Fire in the Glen, and 5:30 pm for The Liminal Space. Both concerts are free to the public and are family friendly.
Location: 2369 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601 (Landis Woods).
For all concerts at the Boettcher House Museum, feel free to bring your own chairs, blankets and even snacks/food!
Fire in the Glen band bio:
The trio brings Irish, Scottish and Maritimes music to south-central Pennsylvania and beyond with a lively presentation of blistering fiddle tunes, skirling pipes and mug-thumping pub songs and the occasional airs and ballads.
The Liminal Space band bio:
The new musical project “The Liminal Space”, is a quarantine brainchild of pianist Andy Roberts and soprano Sarah Zahn. While the world was caught between the “what was” of pre-COVID days and the “not yet” of being beyond it, Sarah and Andy explored the idea of a musical Liminal Space: music that is stylistically between genres.
