NOTICE is hereby given that the Manheim Township Board of Commissioners will convene a public meeting on Monday, March 21, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Morgan Center, Manheim Township Public Library, 595 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Commissioners to determine how it will proceed in the matter of RV Holdings, LP and Hurst Family Estate, LP (“Applicants”) that was remanded to the Board. This matter involves properties located along Oregon Pike (Pennsylvania Route 272); East Oregon Road; Creek Road; Jake Landis Road and Route 222. The properties are located within the B-3 and B-4 business Districts and the T-5 and T-1 overlay zoning districts. Applicants sought and were granted conditional use approval pursuant to Section 2406 of the Manheim Township Zoning Ordinance for a master site planned development involving a mix of residential and commercial uses, which approval was appealed.
