Did You Know that the Friends of the Manheim Township Public Library work throughout the entire year turning used book donations into money that the library uses for collection development, programming and so much more?
The Friends organization is made up of three teams that handle various operations throughout the year. Our dedicated team of Amazon volunteers continually research, post, and ship books from our storefront. Our Book Spot team stocks and straightens our used book inventory that’s available any time the library is open. Our Sorting volunteers work all year to categorize and organize boxes and boxes of books to prepare for the Annual Book Sale.
The Annual Book Sale brings together all three teams and many community supporters to run this three-day event and it’s just around the corner! Please support the efforts of our Friends organization by finding some gently loved books and media items to take home. Or, join our team for this event and volunteer!
