[ARCHIVED] MT Recreation Department Set to Host 43rd Annual Holiday Open House This Sunday!

This Sunday, December 4th, the Manheim Township Recreation and Park Planning Department is hosting their 43rd Annual Holiday Open House at Stauffer Mansion (1241 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, 17601). This family-friendly event is free to the public and will occur between 1 pm and 3 pm.

The annual festivity is of one Parks and Rec’s most anticipated events each year and this year’s lineup boasts a wide variety of holiday fun. Dance-Sations Youth Program will be performing at 1:15 pm, the Magic of Tirofog! at 2:30 pm, Manheim Township High School Troubadours Choral Ensemble at 2:30 pm, arts and crafts from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, refreshments, and Santa Clause will be in attendance as well from 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm.

“We hope you will join us for this annual community kick-off to the Holiday Season,” said Manheim Township Recreation and Park Adult & Family Program Manager, Harry Norton. “You and your family will enjoy the seasonal entertainment, magic, and music presentations – and have an opportunity to visit Santa Claus, create ornaments, and experience the culinary delights of cookies, cocoa, and coffee!”

Manheim Township Recreation and Park Planning Department would also like to encourage donations to the Manheim Township School District’s Gift Drive to assist other local families this holiday season. To donate, please visit https://bit.ly/MTGiftDrive2022
