LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to be held on Monday December 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Office, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania the Board will consider for enactment, and if appropriate take action to enact, proposed Ordinance 2025-19 the full title and text of which is as follows. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR MANHEIM TOWNSHIP FOR THE YEAR 2026, thereby adopting the following proposed budgets for the fiscal year 2026: General Fund Budget; Stormwater Management Fund Budget; Golf Fund Budget; General Capital Reserve Fund Budget; Parks Capital Reserve Fund Budget; Highway Aid Fund Budget; and Impact Fee Fund Budget.
Beginning on November 18, 2025, the full text of proposed Ordinance 2025-19 and the proposed budgets to be enacted for the fiscal year 2026, as referred to and made a part of the proposed Ordinance will be available for review on the Township’s website, www.manheimtownship.org and will be available for inspection in the office of the Township Secretary at 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania during regular business hours.
