Construction Code Updates Are Coming Soon
Important updates to the Construction Code are on the horizon. Periodically, the Pennsylvania Legislature amends the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (PA UCC), which regulates construction activity throughout the Commonwealth. Starting January 1st, 2026, the UCC amendments include enforcement of the 2021 family of International Codes.
