Communication is one of our highest priorities in Manheim Township, and our website plays a central role in providing public information about the Township's operations and activities. The site is supplemented by the quarterly publication "Township Today" which is part of our quarterly recreation program brochure distributed throughout the year. The website also offers to you immediate notification capabilities under the "Notify Me" system, where citizens can receive immediate "News Flashes," calendar notices, traffic alerts and crime information directly to a personal e-mail account or cell phone.

Along with providing you information about the Township's governmental structure, services, and programs, you will find the latest meeting announcements, meeting minutes, and other informational documents. The current Township budget documents are readily available, which also include an extensive analysis that demonstrates the Township's approach to financial management. All of this information is available to you twenty-four hours a day.

If you don't know where to start, try "SEARCH." The website has a powerful search engine under "Search" in the page header. Our growing "Resource Directory" should be extremely interesting to users interested in quickly locating relevant answers and documents. There are a variety of "E" tools for you to use, as well as a growing list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) also in place that give you quick answers to common questions submitted to the Township staff on numerous topics. Finally, the site offers a way for you to communicate back to your elected officials or Township staff via e-mail or the Citizen Request Tracker (CRT) system.

Manheim Township is a community of diverse interests, backgrounds, and opinions - but most citizens are unanimous on one point: Manheim Township is truly a wonderful place in which to live, work and play.
