In order to reduce costs and obligations to property owners, Manheim Township has streamlined the stormwater management application process for qualifying projects creating no more than 2,000 square feet of new impervious surface coverage. Review the Guidelines for Exemptions & Small Project SWM Plans provided below and, if applicable, complete and submit the Small Project Stormwater Plan Application to the Township. An application fee of $600 is due at the time of submission. Applications and plans may be submitted in person or via email to our Planning & Zoning Department.
